Garlic mustard salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. For the salad, prepare the wild garlic by soaking it in cold water for a few minutes to remove dust and dirty leaves. If the white shoots are young and tender, leave them for the salad; if they have already become tough, trim them down to the green leaves. I also briefly soak radishes and cucumbers in cold water to enhance their freshness. I recommend dressing the salad with natural unrefined sunflower or olive oil. See the recipe. Serve chilled.
