
Broccoli and tomato salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. If you have pine nuts, you can add them to the salad to enhance the flavor, lightly toasting them in a pan beforehand. You can also add sesame seeds as a garnish. This salad looks very attractive on the table, making it a perfect light appetizer or snack for a festive occasion. And of course, it's packed with plenty of vitamins to support your immune system. The salad is ready to serve.

Broccoli, separated into small florets, should be boiled in boiling water. The florets need to be cooked for 3-4 minutes, then removed from the hot water and rinsed with cold water. This is necessary to preserve the color of the broccoli.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add broccoli. Peel walnuts and add them to the skillet. Fry these ingredients until golden brown.

Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Add them whole to the pan with the broccoli, along with a few mint leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the vegetables for about 5–8 minutes.

To plate, arrange thin slices of sliced apple on the plate. Top with warm vegetables. For the dressing, use soy sauce, and optionally add a few drops of lemon juice.
