Salad with bell pepper

Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. A simple recipe for a bell pepper salad: 1. Wash the bell peppers and place them whole on a baking sheet. Put them in the oven and roast at 180°C (356°F) until the skin starts to char slightly. The peppers should become soft and tender after roasting, but still hold their shape when cut. 2. Once the peppers are soft, carefully peel off the skin, remove the seeds and membranes. Cut each pepper in half, then slice each half into medium-thick strips (about 1 cm wide). 3. In a salad bowl, combine the sliced peppers, chopped fresh herbs, juice of half a lemon, minced garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well—the bell pepper salad is ready! ;) Serve immediately.
