Banana and nectarine salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. It takes just a few minutes—simply chop, dress, and mix. Choose ripe but firm nectarines, and well-ripened bananas; otherwise, the bananas will make the salad astringent. Any honey will work, but liquid honey is preferable for easier blending with the juice. Instead of cardamom, you can use ground cinnamon or vanilla. Sprinkle the finished salad with chopped mint before serving. The salad is ready to serve.
