
Avocado and langoustine salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. It's very simple to make and turns out quite light. There's no shame serving it at a festive table, and it will especially appeal to the ladies. Optionally, you can add French mustard, which will give it a pleasant tangy note. The salad is ready to serve.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Pour one tablespoon of vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Peel the garlic and slice it into thin pieces, then add it to the oil. Fry the garlic for 30 seconds over medium heat. Add the langoustines and cook them on both sides until they turn red, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove them from the pan and let cool.

Sort through the salad mix, rinse and dry. Arrange it on a serving plate.

Slice the tomatoes into thin wedges and arrange them on the lettuce leaves.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel off the skin. Slice the avocado flesh into pieces and arrange them in a circle on a plate.

Peel the egg and cut it into 6-8 slices. Add to the salad.

Peel the langoustines, remove the intestinal tract along the back, cut into pieces, and add to the salad.

Mix the vegetable oil, wine vinegar, and salt until smooth. Pour the sauce over the salad, season with pepper, and serve immediately.
