Avocado and shrimp salad
Description
Choose a ripe, soft avocado. You can use peeled shrimp—we'll sauté them with dried garlic. You may substitute arugula with any salad greens. Feta cheese will give the salad a more delicate flavor. For the dressing, I suggest using a little oil. Serve the salad for dinner or as a lunch. If desired, you can add some croutons.
