Salad with orange sauce
Description
A simple dish to prepare. You can make this salad with any red fish or poultry; chicken breast works perfectly—just cut it into pieces and fry. The entire secret and flavor of the salad lies in the sauce. For the fresh base, use a salad mix, seasonal vegetables, and, of course, oranges. Serve chilled.
