Pineapple and pickled onion salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Chicken salads have rightfully gained recognition in the culinary world. Pineapple, in particular, has become a popular addition, as chicken meat pairs perfectly with this exotic fruit. I suggest a very simple yet delicious version with the addition of hard cheese and marinated onion. This salad will make a great appetizer with very interesting flavor notes provided by the onion and the piquant hard cheese. It can be served immediately.
