Salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To prepare the "Fisherman" salad, you can use any red fish (pink salmon, salmon, or trout fillet). Be sure to remove all bones from the fish before preparing. A mixture of olive and flaxseed oils will give the cucumbers a very pleasant and tangy flavor and aroma. And sour cream with herbs is a classic pairing with fish. This salad will leave no one indifferent. Serve at the table.

Finely chop the washed dill and add it to the sour cream, season with salt and pepper, and add spices.

Step 6

Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them, then place them on a plate. Layer the cucumbers on top, followed by the fish. Pour the sour cream dressing over everything. Before serving, sprinkle the finished "Fisherman" salad with fresh herbs.
