Prune salad

Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. Tear the chicken into small pieces, chop the prunes, and grate the eggs and cheese. Layer in the following order: chicken - mayonnaise grid - prunes - cheese - mayonnaise grid - eggs. Garnish the salad with herbs. The salad is ready to serve.

Step 1
Tear the chicken into pieces, place on a plate, drizzle with a mayonnaise lattice pattern on top, and arrange chopped prunes over it.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater or slice into thin pieces. Place on top and make a mayonnaise lattice.

Grate the eggs on a fine grater and sprinkle over the salad.

Garnish the salad with fresh herbs. Since I made this salad for New Year's, I also decorated it with a pinecone made from pumpkin seeds.
