Salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Shrimp and arugula are a winning combination by now. To make the salad more flavorful, I recommend preparing a light dressing made of Dijon mustard, honey, lime and orange juice, and spices. You don't necessarily need tiger shrimp to make arugula salad with shrimp—regular, cocktail, or even king shrimp will work just as well. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Wash and dry the arugula, halve the cherry tomatoes, grate the Parmesan, and finely chop the garlic.
- 3
Step 3

Peel the shrimp; it's most convenient to do this with scissors. Remove the shell, digestive tract, and tail. Only the flesh should remain.
- 4
Step 4

Mix vegetable oil (you can use regular sunflower or olive oil) with minced garlic. Marinate the shrimp in the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Set the shrimp aside for now and prepare the sauce: mix mustard, honey, salt and pepper to taste, add olive oil, and squeeze in the juice of lemon, lime, and orange. Stir well.
- 6
Step 6

Heat a frying pan, add a little olive oil, and sauté the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 7
Step 7

Place arugula, tomatoes, and then shrimp into a salad bowl. Pour the prepared sauce over everything.
- 8
Step 8

Sprinkle the finished "Arugula with Shrimp" salad with grated Parmesan, nuts, and drizzle with balsamic cream on top.
