Salad
Description
Perfect for an everyday table. This salad is both incredibly tasty and very impressive. For several New Year's celebrations in our family, it has held a place of honor at the festive table, delighting guests with its festive appearance. Everyone also loves the taste of the "Mittens for the Snow Maiden" salad—the combination of ingredients is especially successful. I hope you'll enjoy this salad too. Decorate as desired and serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

The salad is layered in the shape of mittens (for clarity, see photo). First comes a layer of rice boiled until cooked.
- 2
Step 2

Spread the rice with a mayonnaise lattice, then layer onion, apple, and chicken in turn.
- 3
Step 3

Then evenly spread the grated yolk over the salad, and top with a layer of mayonnaise.
- 4
Step 4

Now we need to color the egg whites blue. To do this, finely chop some red cabbage in a food processor and squeeze the juice out of it.
- 5
Step 5

Color the grated egg white with juice.
- 6
Step 6

It remains to decorate the salad. Form the tops of the mittens using colored egg white, and the bottoms using grated cheese. Use mayonnaise to draw the outlines of the mittens and decorative patterns. If desired, garnish with pomegranate seeds. The salad is ready!
