Description
Perfect for everyday dining. I present to you a new take on the traditional "Herring under a Fur Coat." This simple yet quite unusual version. Garnish as desired and serve.

1. Boil the vegetables and let them cool. Hard boil the eggs. While the vegetables are cooking, you can prepare the pancake batter. In a bowl, combine eggs with salt and sugar. Whisk with a whisk and add half of the milk.

2. Add the flour, mix and add the remaining milk. Pour in the vegetable oil. That's it, the batter is ready.

3. Fry thin pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

4. Let the cooked beet cool, peel and grate. Add garlic and mayonnaise to taste. Mix well.

5. Remove the bones from the herring and cut into small cubes. Place in an even layer on a serving plate. Spread the grated potato over the top. Add salt and spread mayonnaise on top.

6. Next, add a layer of grated carrots. Spread mayonnaise over it again and sprinkle with a little salt.

7. Peel the eggs, grate them, and place on top. Add mayonnaise again. That's it, the first stage of work is complete.

8. Place a pancake on a plate and spread a thin layer of beetroot on it.
