
Bean salad
Description
Use canned red beans. You can choose any vegetables you like, according to your taste. For dressing, you can use oil and lemon juice, or sour cream, mayonnaise—whatever you prefer. This salad can be served daily for lunch or dinner, or as part of a festive table.

Prepare the ingredients.

Finely slice the young cabbage into strips, as you would for a salad.

Rinse the fresh cucumber and dry it, then cut into small strips as well.
