Salad with Croutons

Quick and easy to prepare, this salad is a great solution for a hostess when hosting a large gathering. It's hard to please everyone—someone doesn't eat mayonnaise, someone dislikes certain vegetables. Here, each guest can assemble their own salad with their favorite ingredients and dress it with whatever they prefer. Let me explain and show you how.

Cut the sausage or ham into cubes.

Cut the cucumbers. Try to dice all the ingredients into cubes of approximately the same size.

And slice the tomatoes.

Now arrange all the ingredients on a large plate in a "petal" pattern, without mixing them. In the original recipe, you should outline the petals with mayonnaise, but I chose not to do that.

Dressings for this salad are served separately. For one, mix vegetable oil, lemon juice, and herbs. In the second sauce dish, serve mayonnaise or sour cream.
