Description
Perfect for an everyday table. 1. Start by boiling the eggs hard. Cool the eggs under a stream of cold water. 2. Take the crab sticks and grate the red part off using a fine grater. 3. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. 4. Cut the whites, olives, and the remaining white part of the crab sticks into small, evenly-sized pieces. 5. Mix the olives, egg whites, and crab sticks with mayonnaise. Season with salt to taste. 6. Arrange the mixture on a plate in the shape of a rocket. 7. Sprinkle finely grated egg yolks on top. 8. Use the grated red part of the crab sticks to create a flame coming out of the rocket. 9. Decorate the "Rocket" salad as desired. Make windows (portholes) from olives or stuffed olives, and use a piece of crab stick for the rocket's nose. That's how easy it is to make the "Rocket" salad. Serve it and delight the men in your family. Decorate as you like and serve.
