Salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. The "Provence" salad is light, yet vitamin-rich and nutritious. However, this dish is a matter of personal taste. Not everyone appreciates the distinctive flavor of blue-veined cheese. One must have a certain aesthetic sense to truly enjoy the taste of the "Provence" salad. The salad is ready to serve.

Step 1

Well, I felt like something exotic. And why not? Especially when delicious meets healthy—you can definitely experiment. This salad has nothing but benefits! All the ingredients have a positive effect on the body. And even our beloved mayonnaise is absent here! So, let's crack some walnuts.

Step 2

We wash the grapes. It's better to soak them for about an hour, as they are usually treated with chemicals. Now we prepare a simple sauce. Squeeze the lemon. Pour in some olive oil and add ground black pepper. Whisk with a fork or whisk. There's no need to add salt, as blue cheese has a distinct salty taste. Cut the cheese into pieces. I used "Dor Blue"—it's my favorite!

Step 3

Herbs can be chopped or torn by hand. Large pieces of lettuce will go well with whole grapes. Mix all the ingredients. You can pour the dressing immediately, or drizzle it over the salad right before serving. Alternatively, you can serve the dressing separately, allowing each person to add as much as they'd like.

Step 4

Place the salad on a plate. Garnish with a slice of lemon and some dill. Feel the atmosphere of the French Provence! Peppery arugula, fragrant blue cheese, sweet grapes, and hearty, savory nuts – original and delicious!
