Salad
Description
Perfect for everyday dining. 1. For the "Pleasant Conversation" salad recipe, you can use boiled beans—previously cooked until tender and cooled—or canned beans, in which case you just need to drain the liquid. 2. Place a thin layer of beans on the bottom of a serving dish and spread mayonnaise to taste. 3. Drain liquid from canned corn, lightly dry it, and place it on top of the beans. Add a little mayonnaise. 4. Drain excess oil from canned tuna, mash it with a fork together with a small amount of mayonnaise, then spread it in a thin, even layer over the dish. 5. Leek can be used not only for garnish but also as a salad ingredient. Alternatively, you can use onion, but it's better to blanch it with boiling water to remove any bitterness. 6. Wash tomatoes, dry them, and cut into small cubes. Season with salt to taste and spread in an even layer. Add mayonnaise to taste. 7. Wash bell pepper, remove stem and seeds, and dice finely. Place as the next layer. 8. Washed and diced cucumbers will form the final layer. 9. Generously coat the top of the "Pleasant Conversation" salad with mayonnaise and garnish with leek rings. 10. Optionally, sprinkle some fresh herbs on top. Refrigerate the salad for about 1 hour before serving. Garnish as desired and serve.
