Salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. This salad will become the highlight of any celebration, as not only does it have a very unusual appearance, but it will also delight you with its delicate taste. It's very easy to make in layers and lives up to its name—starting at the bottom with peas, then "blankets" of various ingredients, and finally, at the very top, the princess—caviar :) Serve chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Boil green peas (I used frozen ones) in slightly salted water for 5-7 minutes. Then drain in a colander and immediately cool in ice water. Drain again in a colander and let all the liquid drip off. You can additionally dry them on paper towels.

Step 2

2. Our salad will be layered, and I'll shape it using a ring made from foil. The first layer will be peas.
- 3
Step 3

3. We will spread each layer with mayonnaise, but you don't need too much. Cut the corner off the mayonnaise packet and draw a thin grid pattern on each salad layer.
- 4
Step 4

4. The next layer — finely chopped salted red fish. And mayonnaise.
- 5
Step 5

5. Grate the egg whites on a medium or fine grater and spread them as the next layer. Don't forget the mayonnaise :)

Step 6

6. Peel the avocado, cut into small cubes, and add a tablespoon or slightly more of lemon juice. You can also add a finely chopped lemon slice.
- 7
Step 7

7. The next layer is finely grated cheese.
- 8
Step 8

8. And egg yolks grated on a fine grater.

Step 9

9. Remove the ring, spread the red caviar on top, and place a lemon crown on our "princess."
