Italian-style salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Above all, I love Italian cuisine because almost all its recipes are not only incredibly tasty but also very healthy, and this simple Italian-style salad is no exception. Of course, you might say it's just an ordinary vegetable salad, but you'd be wrong. Italy is a country of surprises, especially when it comes to food, which is why even this seemingly simple salad features a little twist—lightly baked vegetables in the oven. So be sure to save this Italian-style salad recipe and treat yourself to a wonderful evening with a southern touch. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash the zucchini and slice into thin rings, no thicker than 1 centimeter.
- 2
Step 2

Then place the peppers in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for half an hour. Put the baked peppers in a plastic bag to make it easier to remove the skin.
- 3
Step 3

Grill the zucchini on both sides in a grill pan without adding oil.
- 4
Step 4

Place the hot zucchini rings on a plate, squeeze garlic over them, add chopped cilantro, and pour in vinegar. Mix everything together and set aside for 15–20 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Cut cherry tomatoes into wedges and add to the marinated zucchini.
- 6
Step 6

Remove the skin from the pepper and clean out the seeds. Cut into strips.
- 7
Step 7

Add the sliced peppers to the bowl with the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and pour in the olive oil. Mix thoroughly.
- 8
Step 8

Now for the plating: wash and dry the arugula, then place it on a plate.
- 9
Step 9

Place the salad on the arugula. Now we can serve this beauty at the table.
