Salad
Description
Perfect for everyday dining. Liver should be a regular part of a person's diet, but many dislike its taste and smell, especially beef or pork liver. You can soak it to reduce the flavor, or mask it with sweet fruits (dried fruits). The latter option is more interesting and original, so here's a salad recipe for you. Decorate as desired and serve.

Step 1

1. I thoroughly wash the chicken liver. I heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. I place the large pieces of liver onto the hot surface and fry for 45 seconds on each side to form a brown crust. I transfer the liver to a plate.

2. I wash the apple and cut it in half, remove the seeds, and slice the fruit into thin wedges. I peel the onion and slice it thinly into half-rings. Into the pan where I fried the liver, I pour vegetable oil, add the onion and apples, season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 5–7 minutes.

Step 5

5. I wash the salad leaves and arrange them on a plate (I have three types of leaves). I carefully place the pieces of liver, apples, and onion on top, pour over the juice that formed in the pan, add rosemary sprigs, and serve the salad warm.
