Salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For the salad, homemade mayonnaise works well. It can be made using chicken or quail eggs with the addition of vegetable oil, lemon juice, and spices. The consistency should not be too thick, so the salad can absorb it easily. Serve at the table.
