Pistachio Salad
Description
Perfect for an everyday table. This delicate salad will undoubtedly delight your guests. For greater effect and to justify the name, you can sprinkle the entire surface of the salad with pistachios and draw a spiderweb pattern, just like a real one. Add a "spider" made from olives. I'll explain: decorate as desired and serve.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Boil the eggs and wash the vegetables. Grate the cheese, lightly crush the pistachios, and dice all the other ingredients into small cubes. If the tomatoes are very juicy, drain the excess juice after dicing them.
- 2
Step 2

The salad is made in layers, and each layer is coated with mayonnaise. The first layer is chicken, spread with mayonnaise. Then add eggs and spread again, then cucumbers.

Step 3

On top of the cucumbers, place the grated cheese and mayonnaise. To simplify this layer, you can mix the cheese with mayonnaise first, then spread the prepared mixture.

Step 4

The final layer consists of tomatoes—the remaining juice will soak through all the layers, making the salad very tender. Draw a grid pattern on the tomato layer using mayonnaise and sprinkle the salad with crushed pistachios. The cucumber and tomato layers can be lightly salted. In this case, the salad should be served within 1.5 to 2 hours at most. The vegetables will release juice, and the salad might become watery. I prefer to inform my guests that the salad is unsalted and let each person add salt to their own plate. :)
