Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Fry thin strips of bacon in a dry skillet until crispy like croutons.
- 2
Step 2

Place the fried bacon on a paper towel to let it absorb the excess fat.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the smoked or boiled chicken breast into thin strips.
- 4
Step 4

Cut the ham into strips the same way.
- 5
Step 5

Slice the cheese in the same way.
- 6
Step 6

Now let's prepare the salad dressing. We'll serve it separately (meaning we won't mix it into the salad). Combine sour cream or yogurt with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Add finely chopped green onion tops and the juice of one whole lemon. Mix well.

Step 7

Now let's assemble the salad. Place the salad leaves at the bottom of the salad bowl: do not cut them, but tear them by hand. Then arrange the ham, cheese, chicken, and on top add the crispy bacon slices.
