Salad
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. This simple "Sapper's Mistake" salad recipe always turns out great, and you can really eat a lot of it—so I recommend making large portions! Besides, you can vary the ingredients however you like. I prepared this salad in early spring when vegetables were still expensive in stores and homegrown ones hadn't ripened yet, so I used fewer of them. You, however, can make it to your taste. Decorate if desired and serve.
