Salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. You'll need to boil chicken fillet, carrots, and eggs in advance. You can use any other part of chicken instead of fillet, for example, chicken thighs. You'll need 2 or 3 carrots—this depends on their size. I used small ones, so three were just right. As for the eggs, if they are large, add all the yolks and two egg whites to the salad, and reserve the other two whites for decoration. If the eggs are small, you'll need three whites to decorate the mushroom stem. It also depends on the size of the mushroom stem—you can make a thin mushroom with a long stem and a round cap. Use your imagination and delight your loved ones with delicious and beautiful dishes! Good luck! The salad is ready to serve.

Step 1

1. Prepare the ingredients. Boil the carrots, chicken fillet, and eggs in advance, then let them cool. Peel the onion, eggs, and carrots.

Step 2

2. Finely chop the onion. If the mushrooms are fresh, wash and finely chop them as well. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, add the mushrooms and onion, and season with salt. Fry until cooked.

Step 3

3. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Finely chop the yolks and one egg white, then add to the chicken fillet. Grate the remaining three egg whites on a coarse grater; this will be the mushroom decoration.
