The salad is quick and easy to prepare. "Olivier" salad is considered a festive dish, especially for New Year's. However, due to its affordable cost, it is often made during weekdays as well. According to some sources, the original ingredients once included: sturgeon caviar, grouse, crayfish tails, veal tongue, capers, and fresh cucumbers. Since then, the ingredients have changed significantly, making this delicious salad accessible to everyone. If you cook the vegetables in advance, the preparation time will be greatly reduced. The salad is ready to serve.
