Salad with sour cream
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. Here is a simple recipe for "Olivier" salad with sour cream. I replaced boiled chicken with regular homemade chicken stew. Another distinctive feature of this "Olivier" (besides using sour cream instead of mayonnaise) is that the ingredients are not mixed together but layered. I hope it turns out delicious for you! Place the canned chicken in a salad bowl, spreading it evenly over the entire surface.

Boiled potatoes are cut into cubes and placed on top of the stewed meat.
