
Olivier Salad, New Style
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple new version of the "Olivier" salad. The salad includes: salmon fillet, red caviar, potatoes, eggs, fresh herbs, pickled and fresh cucumbers, canned peas, mayonnaise, and spices. A great option for a New Year's table! Try it and serve it.

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and marinate in lemon juice.

Boil the potatoes in their skins. Hard-boil the eggs.

Cut the salmon fillet into small pieces and place in a saucepan, pour in a little water. Put on the heat, bring to a boil, add salt and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Then remove the fillet from the saucepan, let it cool and chop finely.

We cut all the cucumbers into medium cubes.

Chop the parsley. Also finely chop the potatoes and eggs.

Mix all the ingredients in a large container. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
