    Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the eggs, carrots, and potatoes in advance and let them cool.

    Dice the potatoes, carrots, and pickled cucumbers. Transfer to a deep bowl.

    Use a cucumber and carrot to make the eyes, and shape the mouth from carrot as well. Use olives to create round nostrils, and you can also cut claws and add eyebrows for the little dragon.
