
Olivier Salad A-la Russ
Description
The recipe won't take much time. There are many variations of this salad, for example, with sausage or meat, with fresh or pickled cucumbers, with canned or fresh peas, and so on. The salad must be chilled in the refrigerator for several hours before serving. Serve at the table.

Rinse the potatoes and carrots. Place them in a pot together with the eggs, cover with water, and bring to a boil.

Then reduce the heat and cook everything for 10 minutes after boiling. Remove the vegetables and eggs from the pot, and place the eggs under cold water.

Cut the ham and pickled cucumbers into small cubes and place them in a deep bowl. Peel and dice the potatoes, carrots, and eggs, then add them to the ham and cucumbers.

Dress the salad with mayonnaise and mix well. Then, after mixing, place the salad in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight.
