Salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. The "Fiery Rooster" salad consists of just three ingredients – eggs, processed cheese, and sardines in oil. At first glance, it looks like a regular "Mimosa" salad, but no—the original decoration makes this salad incredibly beautiful and festive. You can use anything you like for decorating: canned corn, olives, tomatoes. It's very convenient to make the rooster's tail and wing using sweet peppers. Read my step-by-step recipe below. The salad is ready to serve.

Step 5

Grate the egg whites on a fine grater.
- 6
Step 6

As the first layer, place the processed cheese on the bottom of a flat plate and shape it into a rooster.
- 7
Step 7

Grease with a small amount of mayonnaise. It is very convenient to do this by squeezing the mayonnaise from a bag in a thin stream; to do this, make a small hole in a new mayonnaise bag.
- 8
Step 8

On top, place half of the egg whites and spread mayonnaise again.
- 9
Step 9

The next layer is sardine. Lay it out evenly over the entire surface of our base. If necessary, add salt and pepper.
- 10
Step 10

Cover with mayonnaise, place the remaining egg whites on top, and spread mayonnaise again.
- 11
Step 11

Sprinkle the top and sides with crushed egg yolks.
- 12
Step 12

Cut the sweet pepper into thin strips. Use them to make the rooster's wing, tail, and legs. Also, create a beak and a comb, and use a small piece of olive, prune, or a black peppercorn for the eye. The "Fiery Rooster" salad is ready. Happy holidays to you!
