Salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. For those who enjoy salads with a piquant crunch, I recommend adding a pickled cucumber to the salad. You can grate it or dice it finely, then place it over the layer of chicken, and afterwards fill the salad with the cheese-egg mixture. However, this is a matter of taste, and this suggestion is just one possible variation. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

To prepare the salad, cook the chicken meat until done. Also boil, cool, and chop the chicken eggs. Transfer the chopped eggs to a bowl.
- 2
Step 2

Add the grated processed cheese. Put in a little mayonnaise and salt. Squeeze in garlic through a press and mix.
- 3
Step 3

Divide the resulting mass into two parts. Place one part into a serving ring and press it down firmly. This will be the first layer of the salad.
- 4
Step 4

Chop the boiled chicken meat finely and place it in a ring as the next layer.
- 5
Step 5

As the third layer, place the remaining portion of the cheese-egg mixture.
- 6
Step 6

Make the salad topping from Korean-style marinated carrots, letting them drain first so the excess oil doesn't turn your salad into a "Leaning Tower of Pisa."
- 7
Step 7

Remove the serving ring and serve the salad. The salad does not require marinating or any other preparation—it can be served immediately.
- 8
Step 8

Delicious spicy salad is ready. Enjoy it with your family!
