Detox salad for weight loss
Description
A simple dish to prepare. My recipe for a cleansing salad (also known as a "broom") differs slightly from the standard version. If you want the classic "Broom," simply omit the second half of the recipe. In its original form, it is made without salt. Yes, you can also add grated apples or cucumbers. Serve chilled.

Step 1

Prepare the vegetables. Wash the cabbage and remove any old leaves if present. Peel the carrots and beets. Now take a grater and coarsely grate the vegetables.

Step 2

As you understand, we have the most cabbage. But only for now. Once everything is mixed and kneaded, the cabbage will release juice. This will immediately reduce its volume. That's the effect! You can even not dress this salad at all if you want a stronger effect. But, to be honest, I can't manage it without dressing. So, I'll allow myself to sprinkle it with iodized salt.

Step 3

I mix everything very thoroughly. I press the salad down with my hands to release the necessary juice. The salad will marinate in this juice for 3 days. For best results, I recommend squeezing half or even a whole lemon into it. I cover it with a loose lid and place it in a cool place.

Step 4

Stir the marinating salad once during the day—it will taste even better. After some time, take it out to taste. This salad is incredibly delicious in this form, and its health benefits are no less than those of fresh salad. I dress it with olive oil. Enjoy your cleansing!
