Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. This is probably one of the most budget-friendly yet delicious salads I've ever tried for a festive table. Especially if you make it in summer, during the fresh vegetable and herb season—it turns out incredibly tasty and inexpensive! So definitely give it a try—even the most "gourmet" guests will be impressed. Can be served immediately.

1. Wash the carrot, peel it, and grate finely. Pass the garlic through a press and mix it with the carrot.

2. Next - a layer of greens. Cover all this with croutons and spread mayonnaise on top.
