Salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Quinoa is a very dietary and original product containing many beneficial substances. But, to be honest, I fell in love with this salad because cooked and cooled quinoa bursts interestingly in the mouth, like a fireworks display of flavor! And add some mandarins, which also love to "shoot" out their juice... In short, it's a delicious salad, and now I'll tell you how to serve it.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Quinoa is a type of "pseudograin" that turns into interesting translucent beads when cooked, tasting similar to puffed rice. Generally, it should be cooked like regular grain—pour two glasses of water over it and add a bit of salt. Cook until soft (about 15 minutes).

2. Meanwhile, gently heat 4 tablespoons of butter over low heat together with the minced ginger, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, let it cool, then add the remaining butter, champagne, and the zest and juice of one or two mandarins, reserving the rest for garnish.

Step 3

3. Add the ready and cooled "balls" to the sauce, along with pieces of tangerine, apple, and avocado. Mix, add mustard, and mix again.

Step 4

4. Arrange beautifully, garnish with the remaining slices, and chill. Serve and enjoy cold—it's delicious and unusual!
