New Year's salad with prunes
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Here's another version of the well-known and beloved prune salad. Optionally, you can add cheese or tomatoes to the salad. For making this festive prune salad, I use walnuts (you can substitute them with hazelnuts; peanuts also work well, but walnuts are the best). I recommend soaking the prunes in advance to soften them. The salad can be served immediately.
