
Salad
Description
Perfect for an everyday table. This method can be used to decorate any salad. Presentation is key here. As for my salad, it's simple and very tasty. Instead of sardines, you can use canned fish such as saury, pink salmon, or salmon. I didn't add salt to the salad since canned sardines are quite salty, and so is the mayonnaise. Garnish as desired and serve.

Prepare the ingredients for the salad.

Cut the white bun or loaf into small cubes and dry them in a dry skillet.

Peel the onion, wash it, and pour boiling water over it to remove bitterness. Drain the water after five minutes.

Take the sardines out of the can and chop them slightly. Place them in a bowl.

Add the chopped onion.

Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel them. Separate the yolks from the whites. Add the yolks to the salad.

Add croutons to the salad.

Dress the salad with mayonnaise and season with pepper to taste.

Mix all the salad ingredients.

Arrange the salad on a plate in the shape of a square box.

Boil a fairly large carrot, cool it, and cut it into strips. You will need 10-12 strips.

Grate the protein on a grater and sprinkle it over the salad on all sides.

Place carrot strips on the salad in the shape of a cross.

Using the remaining carrot strips, make a bow and attach it with a toothpick.
