Salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. This excellent fruit salad can be served as a dessert or with wine as a light appetizer. For the salad, I use large grapes, preferably seedless. You can confidently substitute pecans with walnuts or almonds. The salad is sweet, but still—it's a salad, not a dessert. Here you go, the salad is ready to serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the grapes thoroughly.

Place the washed grapes in a deep dish in a single row (you can make two rows). Separately, mix sour cream and cream cheese, then add vanilla sugar and sugar (preferably brown).

Step 3

Evenly pour the resulting sour cream mixture over the grapes.
- 4
Step 4

Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and pecans on top as well (you can chop them in a blender, or cut them in half).
