Grainy mustard can be replaced with beet horseradish, sour cream, or mayonnaise. Can be served immediately.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Boil the potatoes in advance until cooked. You can marinate the onion in apple cider vinegar if desired.

Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them with a paper towel, and place them on a plate. Peel the boiled potatoes, rinse them in water, slice into rounds, and place on the greens.
