Salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. There are several variations of this salad. You can enhance it by adding mussels, baby octopus, or fish roe. If using roe, I recommend using it as a garnish, as roe mixed with mayonnaise doesn't look very appetizing. You can serve the salad on a bed of mixed salad greens, which will give it a whole new flavor. The salad is ready to serve.

1. To prepare Neptune salad, take crab sticks. Thaw them and cut into cubes. Transfer the chopped crab sticks to a salad bowl.

3. Boil the shrimp (if raw) for 3–5 minutes. If you've bought pre-cooked shrimp, pour boiling water over them. Set aside a few shrimp for garnish, leaving their tails intact. Peel the rest completely. Very large shrimp should be cut into smaller pieces. My shrimp are medium-sized, so I left them whole.
