
Salad with mackerel
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This salad is layered and tastes best if allowed to sit for a while before serving. Mackerel pairs wonderfully in flavor with all the salad ingredients. This simple-to-prepare salad turns out delicious and can be served in individual portions at a festive table; besides, it looks very attractive. Serve it at the table.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Open the mackerel, drain the juice, then mash the fish with a fork.

Boil the potatoes, peel and grate them on a medium grater. Place the potatoes as the first layer. Lightly salt, pepper, and spread mayonnaise on each salad layer.
