Salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. Making this dish will take no more than half an hour, yet it will make a real impression at any festive table. 1. First, place the eggs in a small saucepan and boil them. Then cool them thoroughly and peel. 2. Meanwhile, prepare the remaining ingredients. Cut the ham into small cubes and spread it over the bottom of a plate. Add a little mayonnaise. Note that the classic "Narcissus" salad recipe can be slightly adjusted to taste—for example, using boiled chicken fillet or beef instead. 3. Drain the liquid from the corn and place it on top of the ham layer. 4. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. If desired, the cheese can be mixed with mayonnaise and a small amount of garlic. 5. Cut the pineapple into cubes and place it as the next layer, lightly spreading with mayonnaise. 6. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and grate them separately. First, spread the yolks, coating them with mayonnaise, then place the whites on top. 7. Firmly press the whites down with a spoon or wet hands. 8. Remove the seeds from the sweet pepper and cut flower shapes out of it. 9. Thinly sliced carrots can serve as bright centers for the flowers. 10. Use green onion stalks to create little stems. The homemade "Narcissus" salad is now beautifully decorated and ready. Before serving, refrigerate for about 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend. The salad is now ready to serve.
