
Eggplant salad for winter

I want to share with you an original idea for a canned salad made from eggplants, cucumbers, and onions. As a side dish for lunch or dinner, this is exactly what you need! The whole process will take a little over an hour, and even beginners in winter preserving can easily follow this recipe. 2. Wash the tomatoes, dry them, and cut them in half.

3. Pass through a meat grinder or chop in a blender. Pour the tomato juice into a saucepan.
