Meat salad with beef steak
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. The original recipe calls for chili (sauce and fresh pepper) both in the dressing and in the salad itself, but I'm not very fond of spicy food. To me, the salad is already quite flavorful as it is. But if you enjoy a bit of heat, definitely add chili to experience the full richness of this wonderful Thai dish. Can be served immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
First, you need to prepare the steak. To do this, season the beef with salt and pepper, place it on a well-heated pan with oil, and cook for 4 minutes on each side. This will result in a medium-cooked steak.

Step 2
Wash the lime, cut it into quarters, and caramelize in the skillet where the meat was cooked, adding a spoonful of sugar.
- 3
Step 3
Slice the beef into thin pieces and prepare the salad dressing by combining all the ingredients and mixing well.

Step 4
Peel the papaya and slice it thinly, arrange on a plate. Finely chop the tomatoes, lightly toast the peanuts and crush them. Finely chop the red and green onions, mince the basil and mint.

Step 5
Place a bed of greens and vegetables on the papaya, then top with pieces of meat. Drizzle everything with dressing and sprinkle with nuts and mint leaves.
