Minimum effort — excellent result. Presenting a recipe for "Men's Whim" salad with ham! Personally, I've always thought of this salad as a "meatier" version of "Mimosa" salad, but the main thing is that it turns out just as delicious and festive. So I highly recommend giving it a try. I'll show you how. Can be served immediately.

    1. The main sign of success is that the onion in the finished salad is not bitter. Slice it into rings, then soak in lemon juice with sugar for 15–20 minutes.
