Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients according to the recipe list.
- 2
Step 2

Boil the eggs, potatoes, and carrots.
- 3
Step 3

While the eggs and vegetables are boiling, finely chop the crab sticks or separate them into fibers, depending on the quality of the crab sticks used.
- 4
Step 4

Finely chop the onion.
- 5
Step 5

Peel the eggs, separate them into whites and yolks.
- 6
Step 6

Grate the egg whites and yolks separately on a grater.
- 7
Step 7

Cut the carrot into small cubes.
- 8
Step 8

Dice the potatoes finely or grate them.
- 9
Step 9

Proceed to assemble the salad. It's best to do this using a ring placed on a plate; the ring diameter should be 16 cm. If you don't have a ring, you can assemble it directly in a salad bowl. Place half of the potatoes as the first layer.
- 10
Step 10

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the potato layer.
- 11
Step 11

As the second layer, place chopped crab sticks.
- 12
Step 12

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the layer with crab sticks. Then, spread mayonnaise on each subsequent layer.
- 13
Step 13

Next, place a layer of onion.
- 14
Step 14

Place a layer of the second half of the potatoes on top of the onion.
- 15
Step 15

Next, place the carrots as the next layer.
- 16
Step 16

Spread mayonnaise over the layer of carrots.
- 17
Step 17

Spread the grated egg white in an even layer. Again, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise.
- 18
Step 18

Using a glass, mark a circle in the center.
- 19
Step 19

Place the grated egg yolk in the center.
- 20
Step 20

Arrange dill sprigs around the circumference. Using a fork, place egg yolks in small dots on top of the dill sprigs, resembling mimosa flowers.
- 21
Step 21

Let the salad chill in the refrigerator before serving, so the layers can soak up the mayonnaise. Words can't describe how delicious this is, and it's quite attractive too. Plus, let's face it, it's budget-friendly.
