Salad for a festive table

Description

A simple dish to prepare. I want to tell you about it. Serve chilled.

Instructions

   Step 1

   Boil the potatoes, carrots, and eggs until cooked, cool, and peel.

   Step 2

   Grate the potatoes, mix with salt and mayonnaise, and stir. Spread onto the bottom of a serving plate and smooth out.

   Mash the fish with a fork. Spread it over the potatoes.

   The next layer will be chopped onion. If it is too bitter, scald it with boiling water beforehand and dry it.

   Next, grated carrots, a little salt, and another layer of mayonnaise.

   Separate the egg whites from the yolks, grate them and sprinkle over the salad.

   Garnish the edges of the salad with chopped herbs.

   Make a mimosa twig from the yolk and greens. What a beauty!
