Salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The salad's name implies that it should be prepared quickly—and that's exactly what we'll do. The result is a light, vibrant, and juicy salad that's truly simple to make. It works perfectly both as an appetizer and as a side salad for lunch. For the dressing, I recommend using vegetable oil, honey, balsamic cream, and spices. Serve immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Wash fresh, firm tomatoes. Cut into small slices.
- 2
Step 2

2. Cut two colors of bell pepper into half-rings. You can chop them into smaller pieces. The overall salad ingredients should be cut to nearly the same size, so that all components of the salad are uniform. This way, the salad will look neater and be more pleasant to eat.

Step 3

3. Slice the onion into half-rings. If you are serving this salad during weekdays (workdays), you can minimize the amount of onion or replace it with green onion, which is less pungent. Marinate the sliced onion in vinegar with sugar (2 tablespoons vinegar to 2 tablespoons sugar).

Step 4

4. Let the onion marinate for about 5-7 minutes. Rinse the onion under running water and add it to the salad. Chop any herbs (to your taste) and add them to the salad.

Step 5

5. Dress the salad with a mixture of vegetable oil, add a few drops of balsamic cream (do not confuse with balsamic vinegar), salt, honey, and spices. Whisk the mixture and use it to dress the salad.
