Salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. This layered salad is a frequent guest at our table, yet it hasn't become boring yet. I love the combination of cheese and mushrooms in any form: fried or baked. Add a little ground nutmeg when frying the mushrooms—it will nicely enhance their flavor. The egg whites, grated, will give the salad extra tenderness. I hope you'll enjoy the "Blizzard" salad too! Cook with pleasure. Can be served immediately.
Instructions

Step 2

Put the potatoes and eggs on to boil.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a skillet. Finely chop the onion and slice the mushrooms thinly. Sauté the onion until translucent. Add the sliced mushrooms, season with salt, pepper to taste, and ground nutmeg, then cook until golden brown.

Step 4

Cool and peel the boiled potatoes and eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, and the yolks, whites, and cheese on a fine grater.
